Couple options.
You can use ORCA to edit the MSI, it's under Properties, or use MSI Switches: ALLUSERS=1 REBOOT=REALLYSUPPRESS WEBSTARTICON=0 JAVAUPDATE=0 SYSTRAY=0 Or edit the registry directly via GPO.
