Can also drop Proccess Monitor or ProCmon on the service executable and watch the file and registry setup and see if that is a problem. You could also use subinacl.exe to see if the DACL on the service is hosed.

We have RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 implemented on Windows 2003 Server. However at the moment the "RSA Authentication Manager Administration Server" service will not start.
