No. I've had a TiVo DVR for something like a decade, and other than sporting events, haven't watched live TV (at home) for *years*. I do miss being able to catch the occasional game at home, but there are a number of decent bars within a couple of blocks of my apartment. Even if there weren't, I'd be unlikely to pay $1000/year for that.
