Who you talk to, what you way, what you and they look like, where you are and how long you've been there and where you went next and how fast did you travel to get there. The only way to partially "opt out" is to not have a smartphone and drive an older car, because even then when you walk into stores and make purchases you are still being watched by cameras/banks.
