I've been using Domain Monger (http://www.domainmonger.com/) for
years without trouble. Cheap. Registration includes DNS hosting.
Web UI is a bit clunky but works fine. Never really had to do tech
support with them, the one time I contacted them on an issue I was
pretty sure wasn't theirs they were still helpful.

If you're looking for somewhat more "up-scale" service, Dyn
(http://dyn.com/) does registration and hosting, and does it very
well, for reasonable money. I know some of the guys who work there,
they're good.
