What OS are they running? If they are running Win7
Ultimate/Enterprise, you can set them up (after a fair amount of work)
with DA/UAG.

Otherwise, it might be possible that the VPN they're using has a
facility to run a script after login.

Since I don't yet have DA/UAG set up, I'm using the latter alternative
with our Aventail SSL VPN unit.
