I just tried this, and it appears work... for now:

Uncheck ALL TLS (1.0, 1.1, and 1.2) in IE settings for secure sites to
work again

Anyone else seeing this?

After installing 2585542 on Windows 7, (32 or 64) users can no longer
access some https sites.

"page cannot be displayed"
