Yes, you could do that - but Trend works just fine on a Dell PowerEdge SC 
420 (about 4 years old) with 3 gigs of RAM and about 20 people on it.

Why set up a second server if you don't have to?  In a larger environment, 
I'll put up with Symantec's requirements because their management tools 
are very good - I never had a beef with their management tools (well, once 
you got them working).  Dealing with the client was always the PITA with 
NAV - if SEP fixes it, so much the better.

And again, if you are relying on AV instead of securing your users 
accounts and removing local admin access, your fighting a loosing battle 
anyway....
