Is Citrix that specialized of a skill? When I read this, I read it as someone to do ops and app integration with an existing Citrix environment. I don't see any leadership, management, or architect level duties in there. Thus I'd expect this to be a sub 100K role by a good margin, but certainly more than 60K.
