If you've got the free PowerCLI (Powershell extensions for VMware,
basically), you can do this:

Get-VM | Sort Name | Get-Snapshot | Where { $_.Name.Length -gt 0 } | Select
VM,Name,Description,Created

Works like a charm, to list all your snapshots (after connecting to
you vCenter, of course).
