As for your camera questions: I recommend Axis and Toshiba.
Axis is the premium brand, and they will have exactly the camera you need. You won't find anybody recommending not to pick Axis. Toshiba is much more cost effective. We have been choosing the Toshiba models over the Axis, based primarily on price. The cameras have been working well for us. What software are you using to record?
