I've tried that Guido. In order for it to uninstall, it wants the original .msi that was used for installation, and I don't have that. I'm going to be calling Symantec support this morning to see what they suggest. Worst case, I have the manual uninstallation instructions from Symantec, and will also be looking at 3rd party uninstallers...

I uninstalled client SAV even from outside the network .the password is cached. In any case if you try to install from the client using the vphome folder on the server it will do the task. The Windows Installer wants the MSI file(s) from the original installation CD/download/whatever. If you've lost yours, see if you can track down the serial number, and then use that to log-in to Symantec's download website. I think you can still download the old versions even if newer stuff is out. -- Ben ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~ ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~ ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
