Possibly not. I'll double-check their site for something newer. This is a 3-week old installation and I just used the drivers that self-installed. Roger, Dumb question but do you have the latest drivers from BUE? My HP 2/20 library with dual LTO1 drives is recognized by BUE but the backups are not getting compression even though that option is selected. The drives are identified as having compression enabled but are only reporting storing 97.x GB each. With software compression enabled they report more data writing to tape, but that tends to be slower. Any suggestions regarding how to get the hardware compression going? It may be a moot point since encryption only works well with software encryption.
