+1 to everything Carlos said.

I have previously used EnGenius outdoor APs, and have had good success. In 
particular, I just put together a pair of ENH200 APs as a bridge between 
buildings, and it seems to be working very well. This solution might not fit in 
your dome, but it's outdoor rated so It might work outside the dome.

If money is no object, I'd recommend the Ruckus. We've tested their hardware, 
and we really like the performance of the units. (Operational range, in 
particular.)

The Ubiquiti solutions look great, but I have zero experience with them. I 
notice they have outdoor APs that look remarkably simular to the EnGenius...
