The latest ones. Of any hypervisor, actually, Hyper-V would be an option too. 
As would VMWare Workstation if that makes it any easier.

I don't have internet access at the client I am at so please excuse me throwing 
this out to the list instead of searching...

Is it very difficult to get XenServer or ESXi systems to work via a wireless 
network connection? They are trying to build a test bed here in an area that 
only has wireless connectivity (don't ask why, long story). Is it fairly simple 
or painful? Just trying to work out whether its worth persevering with wireless 
or convincing them to run some cables in here.
