You would want to look at ADMT. You can use ADMT to merge user accounts, migrate machines and profiles, re-ACL shares, etc.

I'm going to have a temporary DC setup at the location with the new domain. I wont kill the old domain until I have all the PCs on the new domain. The new domain already has all of the users user accounts on it already. My only issue is the desktops moving over to the new domain. We are going from having two separate domains in separate forests to just one domain in the same forest. Once I have all the desktops over I will take the old DC and bring it up as a DC on the new domain.
