Might be OK - DHCP *might* be a concern unless you make sure the scopes don't overlap, SBS 2003 will shut down DHCP service under some circumstances (another Win DHCP server overlapping scope or something, IIRC).
I've done this frequently in a test environment, but not production. Ideally I'd think you want to separate out the broadcasts though.
