Maybe everyone else is stupid or just has the cash to burn. Now they go and sue somebody who's willing to fight and look what happens - bad press and a challenge to the patent. If the patent gets thrown out then Trend's action will cost them what they were making from others, in addition to the bad press and reputation damage. _____
