I suspect it is the vaulting costs as well that are included in that
amount.  I used Iron Mountain at my previous employer, and the weekly
transport costs for a scheduled pickup and delivery of 1 container was
running around $125/week.  The 10 years worth of permanently archived
backups cost more than transport charges.
