Pinnacletechs (all of them!) eventually answer  their support email.. I'll

I do appreciate your having confirmed, however, that you, Lawrence
Brownlee, are indeed [email protected] who found it appropriate to
anonymously send several pages of Latin text to an email list as
(harassment?) a prank, despite having denied it initially. Very
enlightening.
