That card looks like a 4 port card. If your existing drives are all connected to it, you're already maxed out. Given that, my guess it that the drive slots likely don't have power. I have no idea what kind of backplane that case has. Did buy this box pre-assembled, or put it together yourself?
Also one comment. If recent history is any indication, you might want to put a name to your e-mail address.
