Okay. Last OT question and yes I did do some research on this before posting ;-)

Someone set up an 866 number to one of our executives local number. OX
is our local provider. OX said that this was a vitural number and they
are unable to find out who/what company owns this.  Anybody know of a
way to determine who owns an 800/866 number?

I know with excalibur, when we created 800 numbers (with AT&T), and
forward it to our local number, we had to verify it.
