No, straight Outlook Anywhere to Intermedia - which by the way said they're not
the problem...:)

Subject: Outlook Search
Hey all,

We have a client that has recently moved from in-house Exchange to Intermedia
Exchange hosting. This was done over a month ago. Ever since then we've had a
few users who's Outlook search has either stopped working correctly or has
stopped altogether. When they take Outlook out of cached mode, their search
works fine (also works fine in OWA). We've tried re-indexing which seems to
help at first but then the problems re-occurs. We've tried taking Outlook out
of Cached mode, deleting all OST's, then resynchronizing and that works for a
while, but then they call back and say it's stopped working again.

Anyone have any ideas?
