Subject: Not receiving emails

I have an Exchange 2003 standard running on Server 2003 standard in an
2003 Active Directory with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2010 clients
attached to it.

Over the past couple weeks I am getting reports of mail sitting in
outbox's, not 'popping' up in inbox's, and sluggishness in general. I
reboot every Wednesday night and do a full NTBackup with Exchange stores
selected everynight. I don't see any Red x's in my system, application
or security logs.

What can I do to troubleshoot this ghost issues?

Thanks

David
