Umm..It does not give you an option to import the disk?  Do have an ERD?  

 

Did you do anything else other than shut down the server and insert the drive?

 

Just for future consideration..Never use Software Raid.  Yes I used the word 
"Never."

 

You may try removing the 4th disk and see if it finds the unimported volume.

Maybe diskpart. That should be able to create software RAIDs.

I'd been using software RAID5 on my 2003 server since a week. Today, i've 
installed a new drive to server. After startup, my existing raid configuration 
has lost. Now i see 4 dynamic disks without volumes (+ 1 new disk). Are there
