I'll agree with Lantronix and Digi. Both have been around for years and have historically had solid product offerings.
You might also look @ Black Box. They typically rebrand OEM equipment, so you may find something that is the exact same brand, but with the Black Box name on it. One thing that I have taken advantage of in the past is the 24x7 tech support has been REALLY good. My technical level is generally such that if i'm calling tech support, don't waste my time with tier 1/tier2....I need tier 3 right off the bat.....so when I say that my experience with their tech support has been good, I mean it.
