Thanks for the reply BTW. Interesting, I did a find in ADUC on the DC with the issue and it found the object. I placed the object in the DC OU. When I try to replicate from the other DC on site its says it replicated but I can't do the same from the other DC, I get an error stating "the following error occurred during the attempt to syncronize naming context domainname.local from domain controller dcwithissues to domain controller dcthatsokay. The naming context is in the process of being removed or is not replicated from the specified server."
