I just did this just two weeks ago for a client using two 2008 R2 RRAS boxes. Took like 30 minutes, so that part hasn't changed.
But then I did have to write a script to update routing on all the servers. But if you have overlapping networks, you'll hate yourself. And that's why I didn't do it that way.)
