There are many niche/industry apps out there that require admin rights.
 While I personally believe that any app should be able to be configured
via security on the file system and the registry to not require admin privs
- it can be a hassle to support broad-spectrum, and there are software
vendors that will not support such modified environments.

I dont agree with or advocate the practices - but I've certainly
encountered the issues.
