The IE Trusted Sites GPO is a PITA. Once you set it, it locks all users from adding. I understand the security reasoning for this, but there should be a way to select if you want to lock the users from adding sites as well.
Initially we used it to add some sites to everyone. However, a few users needed to be able to add trusted sites to get certain work related sites to function correctly. It would be nice to be able to add sites without "greying out" the ability for users to add sites as well.
