OneNote here with the master living in SkyDrive have my notes synced across desktop, laptop and Windows Phone.

Evernote works the same across Android, iOS, Windows - even the Windows 8 app (downloadable from the Windows 8 market). OneNote is great coupled with Outlook and Exchange, but when you use multiple devices, it's not a great solution. Evernote does notes and more. From: Steven M.
