Wait till they complain after correctly changing/using a different FROM: account, that the sent email ends up in UserA's "Sent Items" folder no matter the FROM account. I love trying to sell that one.

Her default SMTP address on the Exchange 2010 server is userA. She is reporting that when mail comes into one of the other accounts that when she replies it goes out as being from UserA. Expected behavior is replies will go out with the SMTP from: address for the given account to which the mail was sent (mail TO:UserB when replied to should be FROM:UserB). That is my expectation too. Obviously expectations do not align with reality here; any insight? ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin
