Thus the looking into a "rated for higher and lower temperature" switch.
We've settled that we will get the best bang for our buck by using our existing HP switches, a good set of fans for the cabinet, and possibly a small heater (like what comes in some CCTV enclosures). We don't expect temperatures above 120F, but we do expect below freezing. So we should be covered except in extreme conditions. And if the conditions are extreme, all bets are off anyways.
