It will look shabby in certain UIs that expect the office name to be there and which cannot be configured to look in some other field... Otherwise, this is one of the fields that folks often use in a flexible fashion. Personally I would rather stuff it in otherTelephone, if that attribute's possible multi-valuedness isn't an issue.
