No problem, I don't know if they advertise it or not, but IIRC in the floppy
area you have an option to make an image. I could be wrong on which products
have it but I think those are right.

Sweet, thanks Benjamin, I need to have a play with VMware Workstation 6's
snapshot manager for another client requirement so it appears I'll be able
to kill two birds with one stone. I guess I really should google first in
future!!

There are some .flp makers you can grab on shareware. If you have vmware
laying around it will make one for you in the mounted floppy option. I think
workstation 5+ and probably vmware server.

Subject: Create virtual floppy image from mounted ISO

Hello,
I'm trying to create a virtual floppy image (*.flp) from a mounted ISO image
for use with Dell Remote Access Controller 4 virtual media (remote server
rebuild).
The ISO I'd like to "convert" to a *.flp file is mounted to a fixed disk
letter.
Anyone know how to easily achieve this?
