Suck it up and practice practice practice. Isn't that how you got so good at batch to begin with? :)
I am still nowhere in the MBS/etc class but I am way better then I used to be, however, since I got our environment setup with PowerShell v2 deployed and the PSRemoting enbled by GPO life is very very nice. I already have it setup by 'business policy' that we can deploy the next version (after testing of course). The recent TechEd video's on PoiwerShell were also a nice reminder as well.
