When your message came through in gmail, the font was so small that I
couldn't read it - really!
I had to hit the reply button to see what you were saying.
When I selected 'view original', I see that it looks like you're using
MSFT Word as your email editor.
That's just wrong.
Below is the content of the 'view original' page in gmail, minus the
headers. It may specify 10pt and 11pt fonts, but that's surely not the
way it displays.

We have about 50 or 60 domain names with Nominet, who basically suck.
We've had enough of missing invoices, and the *****ing automaton. We
want to move our names to somewhere with a (decent) web based interface.
