Well we have been on NetSat for many years and yes their tech support is pretty good, lately we have had some problems we are on v 8.5 and apparently there is a bug and the server stops responding every few days, so we need to go to 8.7, I have spun up a new VM 2008 R2 and installed v 8.7 I have copied all logs and setting from the old server and now I just need to uninstall the Exchange connector and re-configure the connector on the new server.
However we started thinking that this is the kind of “stuff” that should be outsourced, but you are saying no. I would have guessed we could save some $$ on our 4 analog lines, I just figured I’d ask the question but if it’s not so well stay with NetSat. However we are also starting to look at Lync as our old BCM 450 is reaching capacity and EOL, so maybe that’s the future for us as the previous post mentioned.
