4gb Ram running Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Perc 5/i with 4 x SAS 275Gb Drives 10k5 in Raid-5 I have about 180 users with 10 AutoCAD I user Indesign and the rest Office and normal File storage. Especially the AutoCAD people complain about slow performance and taking long to open files (20 - 40 s). I started looking at Avg.
