I signed up and it went through fine. They give you one year to use the training. It is all video training, too. They just sent me an email and they are legit.
Now, there is instruction and a test for each section/course. I have liked what I have seen, so far. This is only for the training. You still need to go and pay for the real test. Let you know how this goes.
