I have to be honest, I haven't missed the 'start button' since day 2 of my transistion. While where I work is definitly a 'never going to it' sort of place at the moment, I was at a medical specialists practice recently and they've already migrated their desktops to it. I was shocked. About 75 desktop clients. The nurses said it was working just fine and not really a big deal.
