I thought I read somewhere that Enterprise is only available under Volume Licensing. Maybe that's why?

Interestingly, On our VLSC site, the keys are the same between Enterprise and Pro, it's the ISO that's different. Additionally, on the VLSC site Win8 Pro is under the "Windows" category for keys/downloads, but Win8 Enterprise is under "Software Assurance" area.
