Soz for the off-post email. I know there are a lot of small IT firms on this list, and I was wondering if anyone here is using CommitCRM at the moment? We are looking at it to replace out mass of web based CRM, Ticketing, Wiki etc. Like most packages that claim to do it all it has gaps in its feature set. I was hoping to get some real world feedback on how it fairs. Anyone ?
