Depends on the version of Outlook you are using

If it's 2003, there is a file in the users profile called outlook.NK2, this has
every address that the user has sent an email to

In 2010, the feature is combined within the outlook profile from the server (I
BELIEVE)

Subject: outlook autocomplete lost

Hi guys,

We've run into the same issue a number of times: when we have to rebuild a
customer's Outlook profile, Outlook loses a record of whatever it bases its
autocomplete feature on (i.e. the feature where you start to type an email
address and Outlook finishes it for you).

Is there some way to back up & reimport this record so the customer doesn't
have to start from scratch each time?

Thanks,
Adam
