I'm looking for some information please.

We are coming to the end of our token activation (expiry date on back of
token is almost here!). As we originally took them out over a 3 year
period, this will be the first time we have had to go through a token
renewal process. However we are being told by our supplier we must
purchase another block of tokens (in our case 25). I don't think this is
right considering we are paying a yearly maintenance cost for support. I
would have thought that once our initial tokens have expired, we could
return them and be presented with a new set (FOC).

Am I being totally unrealistic in what I'm thinking or do you think the
supplier is trying to screw us over?
