In my case that did not work.  Our office Security people block removal of 
Security updates and one of the methods is to hide them(I am sure they use more 
than one).  I am not getting blue screened so I pushed it back to them to deal 
with.  I am just one of the alpha testers since I work 12 hours off the rest of 
the office staff's schedules. Jon

It is not all that bad at least if you only have a few.  I did it on Friday for 
one laptop and have another to do tonight.  It does require a reboot.  You will 
have more fun finding the patch
 to uninstall than the actual uninstall.
