I'd think that it would be the ability to copy files and folders from a remote location that would be the definition required in this case.
Basically I have a lot of clients who insist on using the Computer Startup trigger to do things (like copy files and folders to the endpoint). However, if these actions kick in before network connectivity is established to the level it can do these, then the actions fail. Pinging a default gateway would be doable - but again, if the network hasn't started to that level, I'm going to be recording a fail and skipping the actions just because they're being triggered at too early a time. So the other trigger I have is Process Started, which will only kick off the dependent Actions when a certain process starts. Which is why I was hoping there might be a specific process that can't exist without network connectivity - but it's not looking hopeful.
