Hasn't worked for me. I had Win2k3STDSP2 server ; followed the link somewhere on Microsoft website, which basically said pop the R2CD2 and launch setup.. It kept flashing message cannot upgrade. Didn't had much time to downgrade the SP level or any further tinkering. Finally went with full install route.
