I agree.  Though I will make the Windows comparison here... when you're
number 1 in the market, your hiccups are felt greatly and your users are
much more sensitive.

FYI - 

I was just told by RIM that as of 3:20pm EST they have been experiencing
a very large Blackberry outage across America.

PHEW!

I thought it was my server...anyone else seeing problems?  We are in New
England here and all of our devices are unable to send/receive email and
unable to browse the internet.
