I have a 320. I've had to use the usb cable that comes with it, haven't found one that doesn't cause problems with accessing the drive after a few minutes. I've not done any research on the specification for the cable that comes with the drive to find one with a longer cable. Also reformatted the drive to NTFS immediately upon receipt.
